Designation: Diploma Engineer Trainee

Location: Chennai, Vadodara

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Must have completed a 3-year/6-semester full-time Diploma course after SSLC (10th) or HSC (10+2) →(10+3 or 10+2+3).

2. Students expecting to qualify their diploma by 31st October 2025 are eligible.

Eligible Diploma Branches:

• Chemical
• Civil
• Electrical
• Instrumentation & Control (I&C)
• Mechanical

Note:

• Any subject/paper reattempted (for any reason) will be treated as a second attempt → ineligible.
• Graduates (before/after diploma) in Engineering, Science, Arts, etc. are not eligible.
• Sandwich diploma courses are not eligible.
• Foreign nationals are not eligible.
• Minimum 60% aggregate in Diploma (first attempt only) is mandatory.
• No backlogs/arrears permitted.
• Company reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria / branches as required.

Other Details:

• Stipend (Apprenticeship Year): 1.86 Lakh per annum (0-1 Year)

• After 1 Year (FTC): Salary progression as per company norms.

• B.Tech Program (DELITE): B.Tech Work-Integrated Program for all diploma students.
