L&T Technology Services is hiring M.Tech (Freshers) - Power Electronics/EV/Automotive Electronics

Location: PAN India

Year of Pass: 2025

Requirements:

1. Good with Circuit analysis, understanding of the Various Component functions
2. Understanding of Power Supply topologies like Linear, Buck-Boost functioning, AC-DC, Inverters, etc.
3. Exposure and hands-on with Power and Control devices - BJT, MOSFETs, Op-amps etc.,
4. Good with Mathematical analysis of Circuits - Current and Voltage Laws, Microcontrollers application circuits.
5. Ability to work in teams and taking ownership of tasks.
6. Good communication skills [Verbal and Written]

CTC: INR 633,333.00 per Annum
