Job Description:

L&T EduTech Invites Students & Freshers to Register for an Exclusive Opportunity to join a Comprehensive Training Program Sponsored by L&T EduTech in Collaboration with Tech Mahindra. Successful candidates will start their journey as Associate Software Engineers at Tech Mahindra.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Degree: BE/B.Tech (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE), MCA/M.Sc Computer Science
   
• Grades: 70% or above in 10th, Diploma/12th, UG, & PG (No backlogs & no year drop)
   
• Year of Pass Out: 2024 or 2023 graduates

Interview Process:

• Candidates documents will be validated to check academic eligibility.
• Candidates clearing the online test & providing documentary proof will qualify for Tech MahindraTechnical & HR interviews.
• Shortlisted candidates will receive Letter of Intent (Lol) from Tech Mahindra

Training Program:

• Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai/Pune & Bangalore.
   
• Duration: 5 Weeks.
   
• Details: The curated training program for Tech Mahindra, sponsored by L&T EduTech is offered at no additional cost.

Expenses:

• Candidates must cover their travel, lodging, boarding, and food expenses during the training.
• L&T EduTech will provide the training infrastructure, trainers, study material, and Learning Management System (LMS).

Laptop Requirement:

• Candidates must bring their personal laptop for the training program.
• L&T EduTech will provide internet connectivity, LMS access, and any other required applications.

Final Assessment:

• Upon completing the training program, candidates must pass a final assessment conducted by Tech Mahindra with a minimum score of 70%.

Placement Opportunity:

• Candidates achieving a score of 70% in the final assessment will get a placement opportunity from Tech Mahindra, subject to successful pre-employment checks and background verification.
