Job Description:

L&T Build India Scholarship by L&T Construction

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only first-class graduates with a consistent academic record are eligible.
• Academic Requirements:
  • 10th Std: Minimum 60% or CGPA of 6.50 on a scale of 10
  • 12th Std: Minimum 60% or CGPA of 6.50 on a scale of 10
  • B.E. / B. Tech in Civil / Electrical Engineering: Minimum 70% or CGPA of 7.0 on a scale of 10
  • Graduating in 2024 from a recognized Indian University / Institute.
• Age: Not more than 23 years as of 01/07/2024.

Selection Process:

• Conducted by IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, NITK Surathkal & NIT Tiruchirapalli in coordination with L&T.
• Written Test (Technical & Aptitude) followed by a panel interview for qualified candidates.
• Final selection is subject to successful completion of the engineering degree and medical fitness.

Scholarship:

• Stipend: Rs. 13,400/- p.m. for 24 months.
• Tuition fee & sponsorship fee will be directly paid to the Institutes (IITs/NITs) by L&T.

Employment:

• Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will be offered employment at L&T.

Undertaking:

• Candidates selected will have to execute an undertaking for a value of ₹5.0 Lakhs to complete the course.
• Subsequently, if selected for employment, they must serve the company for 5 years.
