Location: Kochi

A Learning and Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies, managing training programs, and developing employees' skills and knowledge within an organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.
• Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
• Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more.
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to design effective training programs
• Outstanding coaching skills
• Great organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to measure performance
• Experience with building and developing teams

Experience: Candidates with 10+ years of experience in FMCG/ Telecom/ Retail/ BPO/ Manufacturing industry
