Job Description:
Kinlong Hardware India is hiring Combined Role of HR Business Partner, Administrator and HR Generalist.
Location: Kochi
Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years
Job Requirements:
- Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Onboarding new employees and facilitating orientation programs.
- Managing employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
- Handling employee relations and addressing queries or concerns.
- Coordinating training and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries, concerns, and providing HR support.
- Assist in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee development.
- Manage DGM's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the DGM.
- Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data accuracy.
- Price Negotiation and Contracts & Service Level Agreement negotiation, Vendor Finalization, Vendor Coordination, Contract administration, Vendor Bill Processing.
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations.
- Managing office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Handling correspondence and communication, both internal and external.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of company events.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate the offboarding process, including documentation and exit formalities.
This position is crucial in driving HR strategies, providing comprehensive administrative support, and overseeing general HR functions.
