Job Description:

Kinlong Hardware India is hiring Combined Role of HR Business Partner, Administrator and HR Generalist. 

Location: Kochi

Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years

Job Requirements:

  • Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Onboarding new employees and facilitating orientation programs.
  • Managing employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Handling employee relations and addressing queries or concerns.
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries, concerns, and providing HR support.
  • Assist in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee development.
  • Manage DGM's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the DGM.
  • Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data accuracy.
  • Price Negotiation and Contracts & Service Level Agreement negotiation, Vendor Finalization, Vendor Coordination, Contract administration, Vendor Bill Processing.
  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations.
  • Managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Handling correspondence and communication, both internal and external.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of company events.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate the offboarding process, including documentation and exit formalities.

This position is crucial in driving HR strategies, providing comprehensive administrative support, and overseeing general HR functions.
