Job Description:

The Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (KSIDC) invites application for various posts.

On Contract basis ( 1 year tenure; however extendable based on performance of candidate and Organization’s requirement)

1) Business Development Executive

Department: IP

Vacancies: 15

Qualification: Degree with MBA from recognized University /Institute. However, preference will be given to candidates who have taken MBA from reputed institution.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Marketing, Sales promotion, business development activities, coordination with social media/other agencies for promotion of business etc.

Age: not exceeding 35 years as on 01/11/2022

Remuneration: 30,000/-

 

2) Manager (Coordination)

Department: Waste to Energy

Vacancies: 1

Qualification: First class Degree with First Class MBA from reputed institution

Experience: Candidates should have 5 to 8 years’ experience in infrastructure sector of which at least 3 years’ experience should be in project coordination, coordinating with Government agencies consultants, entrepreneurs for project planning development and project implementation.

Age: not exceeding 40 years as on 01/11/2022

Remuneration: 50,000/-

 

3) IT Consultant

Department: IT

Vacancies: 1

Qualification: B. Tech Computer Science/IT + Desirable: MBA from reputed institution.

Experience:At least 10+ years post qualification experience in IT. Out of overall experience the candidate should have at least 5 years of IT Experience in Banking/ NBFC Sector in top managerial role; Exposure to all sub-domains of IT and hands on experience of handling large scale IT projects. Details of at least 3 projects implemented should be attached.

Age: not exceeding 50 years as on 01/11/2022

Remuneration: 75,000/-

 

4) Content Developer

Department: IP

Vacancies: 2

Qualification: Degree in Journalism / Public Relations/Mass Communication or any Degree plus Diploma in Journalism / Public Relations/Mass Communication from reputed institution

Experience: 2 years minimum experience in print or digital media in developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, poster & video creation in social media, advertising campaign etc. The candidate should be conversant in both English and Malayalam

Age: not exceeding 35 years as on 01/11/2022

Remuneration: 30,000/-

 

5) Designer

Department: IP

Vacancies: 1

Qualification: Bachelor of Fine Arts or Graphic Arts with Diploma in Animation and software knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Corel Draw from reputed institution

Experience: 2 years’ experience as Graphic designer

Age: not exceeding 35 years as on 01/11/2022

Remuneration: 30,000/-

 

On Permanent basis

6) Asst Manager

Department: Projects

Vacancies: 03 (1 Reserved for ST & 2 for Open Category)

Qualification: First class degree in Engineering in any discipline plus Firstclass MBA from reputed institution (The requirement of first class at the graduation level is relaxed for ST/ SC candidates). Candidate should have excellent communication skills

Experience: Candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of post-qualification work experience, preferably in Project Appraisal, Investment Promotion, Business Development, Civil Construction and related Engineering field.

Age: Age should not exceed 28 years as on 01.11.2022. For persons holding Post Graduate Degree or higher experience, the age limit can be relaxed up to two years. In the case of ST/SC candidates there will be further relaxation of 3 years.
