Job Positions:

1. Junior Engineer - Networking

• Number of Position: 1
• Location: Any location across Kerala
• ​​​​​​​Duration: One year Contract
• 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or a related role. Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with server administration, virtualization, and storage technologies.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, BMS, and biometric systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent is preferred
• Age Criteria: Below 35 years as of 01/01/2024.
• Salary & Other Benefits: The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 25,000/- per month. In addition to the salary, there will be allowances and reimbursement as per KSUM policies.

2. Project Coordinators

• Number of Position: 1
• Location: Any location in Kerala
• Duration: One year Contract
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Any stream) from a reputed university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in government relations and also has a good understanding about emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication (English & Malayalam), interpersonal and negotiation skills and documentation skill.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Age Criteria: Below 30 years as of 01/01/2024.
• Salary & Other Benefits: The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 28,000/- per month. In addition to the salary, there will be allowances and reimbursement as per KSUM policies.

3. Assistant Manager

• Number of Position: 1
• Location: Any location in Kerala
• Duration: One year Contract
• Qualification: MBA with 2 years of work experience or Graduation with at least one year in a startup incubator, accelerator, or innovation program, as part of the total two years of work experience is considered.
• Candidates must have a minimum of two years of total work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Excellent managerial, collaboration, and networking skills with a positive approach to work.
• Good understanding of emerging technology and trends.
• Willingness to travel.
• Age Criteria: Below 35 years as of 01/01/2024.
• Salary & Other Benefits: The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 40,000/- per month. In addition to the salary, there will be allowances and reimbursement as per KSUM policies.

4. Project Assistant

• Number of Position: 1
• Location: Calicut
• Duration: One year Contract
• Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
• Minimum One year of work experience in similar area of assignment.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively and energetically in time-restricted assignments.
• Age Criteria : Below 28 years as of 01/01/2024.
• Salary & Other Benefits: The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 22,000/- per month. In addition to the salary, there will be allowances and reimbursement as per KSUM policies.
