Job Description:

Juneits is hiring Senior and Junior Recruiters

Location : Cochin

Role and Responsibilities 

* Assist in designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy

* Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

* Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate job boards

* Screen candidates resumes and job applications

* Coordinate interviews with the internal team

* Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

* Ensure smooth onboarding of the new joiner

Requirements and skills 

* Proven work experience of 3 to 5 years as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

* Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills
