Job world hiring Resource executive (50 vacancies)

JOB Responsibilities:-

(1) Understanding the requirements and research about the client

(2) Identify the search criteria ( identify the key words) based on the objective of the position

(3) Mass mailing on portals

(4) Response management

(5) Shortlisting the profiles

(5) Interacting with the clients & candidates

(6) Achieving the targets.

(7) Closing the positions

(8) Should take the ownership right from taking the requirements from the Client, searching the best candidates based on the clients requirements, Calling the candidates & taking details and closing the positions and joining of the candidate

Qualification:-

• BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ MBA/ B.sc / Any Graduate. (Candidate who are having backlog where they are having good communication skill can apply)
• Good Communication
• Good Attitude
• Aspiring to make the career in HR / Recruitment

Salary:- Rs.1.89 Lac Per Annum (Rs.15,000/- CTC per month)
