Jindal Steel & Power is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainee

Location: Angul, Odisha

Batch: B.Tech / M.Tech - 2023

Branches:

1. Mechanical
2. Mechatronics
3. Metallurgy
4. Electrical
5. Ceramic
6. Chemical
7. Safety and Fire
8. Instrumentation/Electronics
9. Mining 

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in 10th & 12th 

2. Minimum 65% or equivalent CGPA in Graduation with no active backlog in any of the subjects during the campus drive. 

3. Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges will be preferred. 

4. Should not have more than a 1-year gap between two consecutive academic courses. 

5. Eg:- If a candidate passed his/ her 12th in 2012 and joined his graduation in 2014 then this qualifies as 2-year GAP such cases should not be shortlisted for further process.

The selection process will be as below:

• Round 1 - Online Aptitude Test (Aptitude and Technical)
• Round 2 - Online Psychometric and Behavioural Test
• Round 3 - Group Discussion (if necessary)
• Round 4 - Online Technical /Domain Interview (Panel Interview with HR)
• Round 5 - Interaction with CHRO

Written Tests shall be conducted online in an AI-enabled proctored environment (Infrastructure required- webcam and internet-enabled PC)
