Job Opening : BE MECHANICAL / Number of Opening - 25

Qualifications: BE/ BTech in Mechanical Engineering 2022/23 and 24 passing out can apply (Candidates with backlogs can also apply)

Job Vacancies :

1. Programmer trainee/Quality/Production/CNC Operator

• Freshers
• Education : BE in mechanical
• Salary :10,000 - 12,000 Per Month ( Additional will be Paid for OT)
• Accommodation : Yes /location – Coimbatore

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
• Understand the specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.

2. VMC Operator

• Salary :10,000 - 12,000 Per Month(Additional will be Paid for OT)

Key responsibilities:

• Ability to use and interpret shop drawings and shop measuring tools such as indicators, micrometres, thread and plug gauges and make appropriate offset adjustments to CNC programs.
• Requires general knowledge of mechanical or electrical principles.
• Make decisions involving the use of considerable initiative and judgment.
• Must be able to work with medium-weight tools and materials and occasionally heavyweight tools and materials.

3. Injection Moulding Machine Operator

• Salary : 10,000 - 12,000 Per Month (Additional will be Paid for OT)
• Accommodation : Yes

Key responsibilities:

• Inspecting moulds for damage and defects and repairing them as needed.
• Reading blueprints and other instructions to determine the correct settings for a moulding machine.
• Monitoring gauges on machinery to ensure that it is operating within normal parameters.
• Monitoring equipment to ensure that it is operating properly and has sufficient supplies of raw materials and coolant.
• Inspecting moulds and equipment for defects, repairing them as needed, and maintaining records of all work performed.
• Preparing moulds for use by cleaning them, inspecting them for cracks or defects, and applying release agents to help the material release from the mould easily.

Selection Procedure :

• First Round: HR Manager's interview at Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology.
• Second Round: Technical interview with MD and Selected candidates to join on 01-02-2024 at our office.

Salary: ₹10,000 to 12,000 per month.

• On completion of B.Tech, there will be a promotion and a hike in salary.
