Job Location : Dubai - UAE 

Qualification : MBA/ PGDM/ MHRM

Relevant Experience : 8 to 10 years

Principle Accountability : 

• This position will be responsible for working on budget management, employee turnover, data analytics to make informed HR decisions and track progress.
• Participate in the organization's strategic planning process.
• Develop strategies for acquiring, developing, and retaining talent.
• Manage HR operations for the business unit (End-to-End).
• Oversee performance evaluation systems and processes.
