Job Description:

Jac Group is hiring Customer Support Manager (Building Project Coordination & Pre-Hung Door Installation Coordination)

Qualification: BE, B.Tech or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Experience in building project coordination and pre-hung door installation coordination is required

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of building materials/construction processes and door installation methods
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting

Location: Thiruvalla

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide technical support
• Coordinate with building projects, consultants, and contractors
• Coordinate supply, site installation, and handover of pre-hung doors (door + frame)
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, production, planning, logistics)
• Ensure timely execution and resolution of customer issues
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Prepare reports and follow up for project progress
