Amazon is hiring CTK Svc Associate (S) - MyHR Live Support Advisor

Job Type: Work From Home 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• 6+ months of human resources experience
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• Experience in confidential environments

Experience:

• 1+ years of contact center experience or customer service industry experience
• Experience managing employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, talent management)
• Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Excel
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and operate efficiently under pressure

Department/Function: Amazon Centralized Time Keeping (CTK)/HR Contact Center

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high volumes of contacts via phone calls, chats, cases, and tickets
• Resolve employee inquiries using documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles
• Provide empathetic, personalized live support to build employee trust
• Respond promptly to urgent issues and make real-time decisions using critical thinking
• Consult and collaborate with partner teams on process changes and cross-functional issues
• Maintain performance metrics (handling time, first-contact resolution, customer satisfaction)

Work Schedule & Flexibility: Adhere to set schedules in 24/7 operations, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
