1) Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Electronics)

Vacancies: 90

* BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics & Communication Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.

 

2)Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Mechanical)

Vacancies: 163

* BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10. 

 

3) Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Computer Science)

Vacancies: 47

* BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.

 

4) Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Electronics) – Autonomous Body – PRL

Vacancies: 02

* BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics & Communication Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10

 

5) Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Computer Science) – Autonomous Body – PRL

Vacancies: 01

*  BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.

 

Candidates who are going to complete the above course in the academic year 2022-23 are also eligible to apply, provided final degree is available by 31.08.2023 and their aggregate is 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10 (average of all semesters for which results are available). 

 Age Limit: 28 years as on 14.06.2023.
