• Post 813: Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with First Class
• Post 814: Three-year Diploma in Chemical Engineering with First Class
• Post 815: SSLC/SSC pass + ITI/NTC/NAC in Electronic Mechanic Trade from NCVT
• Post 816: SSLC/SSC pass + ITI/NTC/NAC in Fitter Trade from NCVT
• Post 817: SSLC/SSC pass + ITI/NTC/NAC in Draughtsman (Mechanical) Trade from NCVT
• Post 802: SSLC/SSC pass, plus prescribed physical fitness/PET standards
• Essential qualification must be from a recognised State Board/Institution
• Candidates must possess the required qualification as on 04.09.2026

Age Limit (as on 04.09.2026)

• Post 802 (Fireman 'A'): Maximum 25 years - candidates must be born not earlier than 05.09.1998 (General category)
• Posts 813 to 817: Maximum 35 years, with the following "born not earlier than" cut-offs by category:
  • Post 813: General/EWS - 05.09.1991; OBC - 05.09.1988; SC - 05.09.1991; ST - 05.09.1991
  • Post 814: General/EWS/OBC/SC/ST - 05.09.1991

• Minimum age limit for all posts: 18 years

• Posts 813 & 814: ₹750 payable initially by all applicants
  • Fee-exempted categories (Female/SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-Servicemen): full fee refunded
  • Other candidates: ₹500 refunded, ₹250 retained as application fee
• Posts 802, 815, 816 & 817: ₹500 payable initially by all applicants
  • Fee-exempted categories (Female/SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-Servicemen): full fee refunded
  • Other candidates: ₹400 refunded, ₹100 retained as application fee
• Refunds are processed online only to candidates who appear for the written test; bank account details (name, account number, IFSC code) must be provided at the time of application
• Fee-exempted candidates must upload the applicable certificate (SC/ST/Disability/Ex-Servicemen) for fee refund; women candidates in other categories need not upload any certificate
• Payment can be made immediately after submitting the online application, or later - up to 2:00 PM on 07.09.2026
• Bank transaction/user charges, if any, will be borne by the candidate
