Job Description:

Innovations investment management is hiring Hr Generalist.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2+ years 

Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation

Additional info:

*This role consist of both recruitment and HR operations.

* Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.

* Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.

* Managing recruitment part- Screening, Sourcing & Interviews through the recruitment process by identifying candidates.

* conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.

* Handling all onboarding & Separation processes.

* Perform orientations and update records, Attendance, joining formalities.

*Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports. • Responsible for conducting engagement activities.

* Supporting in events, Vendor creations & payments.

* Coordinating with reporting managers for timely Interviews /onboardings.

* Managing the filling and documentation process.

* Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
