Indel Group is hiring Qualified Company Secretary (Fresher)

About the Company:

Indel Group, a diversified group based in Cochin, Kerala, is seeking a Qualified Company Secretary (Fresher) to join its team. The group operates across multiple domains including Finance, Automotive, Media, Infrastructure, and Hospitality.

Job Profile: The selected candidates will gain exposure in the following areas:

1. Routine compliances such as minutes, registers, and e-form filings.
2. Company/LLP incorporations.
3. Issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs).
4. Liaison with banks for sourcing finance.
5. Drafting various agreements.
6. Handling other finance and legal assignments.
7. Undertaking RBI-related assignments.

• Preference will be given to candidates with exposure in Core investment type Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).

Location: Kalamassery, Cochin

Salary: Based on knowledge, experience, and skills.
