IDBI Bank, invites online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Executive - Sales and Operations (ESO) (on Contract).

Job Position: Executive - Sales and Operations (ESO)

Number of Vacancies: 1000 (Tentative)

Eligibility Criteria (as of October 01, 2024):

Age:

• Minimum: 20 years
• Maximum: 25 years
• Candidates must have been born between October 2, 1999 & October 1, 2004 (both dates inclusive).
• (Age Relaxation For Reserved Categories)

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline from a university recognized/approved by the Government or government bodies (e.g., AICTE, UGC).
• Diploma holders are not eligible.

Computer Literacy:

• Candidates should have proficiency in IT-related aspects.

Remuneration:

• ₹29,000/- per month in the first year.
• ₹31,000/- per month in the second year.

Career Prospects:

• The contract is initially for 1 year & may be extended annually, based on performance, e-certification completion, availability of vacancies, and other criteria set by the bank.

• Upon successful completion of 2 years of service, candidates may be eligible for appointment as Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’, subject to a selection process conducted by the bank.

• Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT)
