IBM is hiring Process Delivery Specialist - Procure to Pay 

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Responsibilities:

As a Process Associate - Procure to Pay (P2P), you will be responsible for transaction processing in Accounts Payable and the management of Vendor Accounts. You should be flexible to work in shifts.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accounting Responsibilities: Coordinating all accounting activities related to Procure to Pay.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential threats and recommending appropriate actions.
• Performance Standards: Adhering to SLAs and timelines.

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Education: Master’s Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• A Commerce graduate with a specialization in Accounts Payable
• Proficiency in matching invoices, identifying errors, resolving exceptions, prioritizing invoices, and reducing aging
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to address inquiries and take follow-up actions
• Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and ambitious individual
• Effective in meeting targets
• Skilled in managing deadlines and contributing to change management initiatives
• Demonstrating strong interpersonal teamwork abilities
