Designation: HR Executive - Employee Experience

Location: Cochin - Infopark Phase 2

Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in onboarding or employee engagement. 

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related discipline

Skills:

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office
• Energetic, people-centric mindset with a passion for employee success

Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver seamless onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Design engaging employee programs and effective feedback channels
• Organize team-building activities and recognition initiatives
• Manage exit interviews and ensure a smooth offboarding process
• Collaborate with teams to foster a thriving workplace culture
