Job Description:
HP is hiring Technical Support Engineer Level 1
Qualification:
- BE/BTech (passed out candidates only)
Skills Required:
- Good command over English (spoken/written) & Hindi (spoken)
- Basic computer hardware knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a Customer-First culture in every interaction.
- Troubleshoot and fix hardware/networking/OS related queries over the phone.
- Provide solutions to customers, which may involve selling a product or service to resolve the issue.
- Demonstrate self-time and task management effectively.
- Communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, showcasing high levels of interpersonal and communication skills.
- Apply analytical and logical approaches to troubleshoot and resolve hardware & software issues.
- Exhibit excellent CRM skills, email/chat etiquettes, and maintain a customer-first mindset.
- Possess technical certifications such as A+, N+, MCSA, MCSE (added advantage).
Work Model:
- Hybrid work model (flexible to work from the office based on business requirements).
- Location: KTP, Whitefield / Electronic City (candidate’s location should be within a 25 KM radius). Cab facility provided.
- Shift timings: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Sunday will be a common week off along with any other day of the week. Candidates should be flexible with shift timings.
Language Requirement:
- Fluency in any of the following languages: Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam, Bengali, Oriya, Telugu, Assamese.
