Hire Rightt is hiring Head of HR

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 35,000 plus Benefits 

Job Requirements: 

• A university degree in Human Resources is a MUST and in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Minimum 10 years work experience.
• The HR candidate will be the POC for hiring, people relocation, performance management, contract termination, etc.
• This person should be able to offer the team the full alignment on policies, procedures, audits etc.
• Recruitment and onboarding process. Government relations/PRO coordination/external recruitment agency coordination HR budgeting, HR policies & procedures revamp/ compliance, HRMS Talent management, Succession planning, performance management, Manpower planning HR operations such as business-as-usual process management - such as employee relations, disciplinary/grievances management, exit process etc.
