HDFC Bank Probationary Officer (PO) Recruitment 2025

The HDFC Bank PO Recruitment 2025 has been released. This recruitment process intends to fill multiple vacancies for the role of Relationship Manager across various levels, such as Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager.

Designation: Relationship Manager

Scale of Appointment: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager/Senior Manager

Eligibility Criteria (as on 07.02.2025):

Educational Qualification:

• Graduates with 1-10 years of experience in Sales.
• Any Graduation from a Recognized University.
• Minimum 50% marks under a regular course.

Age:

• Candidate upper age limit as on 07.02.2025 should not be more than 35 years.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 1-10 years of sales experience in any organization.
• Active service of previous work experience may be counted and fixed for each candidate at the sole discretion of the Bank based on experience.

Place of Posting:

• Anywhere in India (liable for transfer anywhere in India at the sole discretion of the Bank).

Compensation Package:

• HDFC Bank approved pay scale: INR 3,00,000/- to INR 12,00,000/- based on experience.
• Apart from the Fixed CTC, candidates will be eligible for performance-linked variable pay over & above this fitment.
• Employees can avail subsidized staff loans upon confirmation (6 months), which cannot be encashed.
