Job Description:

Savantis Solutions is hiring B.Tech, B.E., B.Sc., and BCA freshers for their client company, HCL.

Job Overview:

• Designation: Analyst Trainee (also referred to as Trainee Analyst)
• Domain: Service Desk

• Payroll: Savantis Solutions India Pvt Ltd
• Location: Trivandrum
• Shift: Rotational
• Training Mode: Online
• Training Duration: 4-6 weeks
• CTC: ₹2.22 LPA + free cab pickup/drop (during Savantis payroll)
• Service Agreement/Bond: 12 months
• Bond Breakage Charges: ₹40,000

Note: Candidates will be converted to full-time after probation, with a revised package.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation years: 2024, 2025, or 2026 only
• Qualification: B.Tech/BE, BSc, BCA - CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Civil, AI (and allied branches)
• Minimum 60% throughout academics
• No active backlogs
• Provisional Certificate and CMM (Consolidated Mark Memo) mandatory
• Freshers only
• Good spoken and written English communication mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities:

General:

• Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
• Basic networking knowledge
• Technical troubleshooting, Windows/server monitoring, Active Directory, incident management
• Hardware, network, and backup monitoring
• Tools: AS400, IBM Tivoli, HP OVO, VERITAS NetBackup, ticketing tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting
  • Diagnose/resolve hardware, software, network issues via phone, email, chat
  • Provide 1st/2nd line support for LAN, WAN, Routers, laptops, PCs
  • Support in-house software and enterprise IT infrastructure
• Incident Management & Ticketing
  • Single point of contact for self-service IT tickets
  • Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support
• Problem Analysis & Permanent Solutions
  • Analyze technical/operational issues for long-term fixes
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement
• Infrastructure Monitoring & Escalation
  • Monitor servers, networks, backups
  • Escalate unresolved incidents to infrastructure support team
