Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s Degree (in any discipline) certificate holder.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Position: Front Line Associate/ Follow Up Clerk

Key Responsibilities: 

• Ability to multitask and provide efficient customer service.
• Accurately process various transactions of the customers and deal with customer queries professionally.
• Manage the cash flow of the daily transactions and handle the archiving of various records.
• Must be flexible to work anywhere in the UAE on shift duty schedule.
• Perform promotional activities of the products & services of the Exchange house.

Location: UAE

Salary Package Highlights:

• AED 2300/- (Basic Pay)
• Accommodation provided for male staffs.
• AED 600/- (HRA) for female staffs.
