H&R Block Technopark is hiring Associate Software Engineer (2025 Batch)

Job Details:

• Associate Software Engineer is part of an agile development team and working on enterprise level software systems and new IT projects/initiatives.
• Associate Software Engineer is involved, getting opportunity in all areas of software development cycle from design to development to testing.
• Candidates who are selected for this role with H&R Block will be chosen to work in transformational engagements and new initiatives which will provide you a challenging opportunity to excel in technology areas.
• Working with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications as well as digital solutions.   

Job Location: Technopark, Trivandrum

Qualification: B.Tech (CSE/MCA) - Percentage above 70% or equivalent CGPA and no active backlogs.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate and contribute to the organizational level activities in the areas of “Innovation” and improvising the technical knowledge.   
• ⁠Learning the codebase and improving your coding skills.  
• ⁠Writing and maintaining code in line with the SDLC standards.   
• ⁠Working on minor bug fixes as per the defined Testing Framework of the organization.   
• Assisting in the collection and documentation of business/project requirements, development of user stories, and estimates.   
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.   
• ⁠Participating in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.   
• ⁠Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems.  

Compensation Offered: INR 542,900 LPA
