Position: Regional HR

Locations: Thrissur, Kochi, Bhopal, Chattisgarh

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle
• Strong in talent acquisition and hiring strategies
• Effective stakeholder management
• Proactive with excellent MIS and data management skills
• Independently source and assess candidates across various platforms
• Screen resumes and applications via job portals, internal sites, and references
• Conduct telephonic/video interviews for all levels and schedule with hiring managers
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining, ensuring timely closures
• Oversee recruitment activities to meet business manpower needs

Experience: 5 to 8 years
