Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

+ 8-12 years of recruitment experience with a focus on team leadership.

+ Proficient in recruitment metrics and generating strategic MIS reports.

+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
