Job Description:

Federal Bank is hiring Graduate Apprentices

Federal Bank has released a notification for the engagement of Graduate Apprentices under the Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973.

Apprenticeship Details:

• Training Period: 1 Year

• Monthly Stipend: ₹18,000 (All Inclusive)

Eligible States:

• Kerala
• Tamil Nadu
• Karnataka

Eligibility Criteria (As on 01 March 2026)

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Must have minimum 50% marks
• Degree must be from a recognized Indian University
• Only Full-Time courses are eligible

Age Limit:

• Shall not exceed 28 as on 01/03/2026 i.e candidates shall be born on or after 01/03/1998.

Citizenship: Only Indian Citizens are eligible to apply.

Other Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Should not have undergone Apprenticeship Training elsewhere
• Should not have completed more than 4 years after graduation
• Should not have prior job experience of more than 1 year

Selection Process: 

• The selection process may include: Application Shortlisting, Personal Interview or any other selection method decided by the Bank

Application Process:

Candidates must follow the steps below:

Step 1: Register on NATS Portal

• Register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal of the Government of India.
• After registration, candidates will receive an Enrolment ID, which will be used for all future communications.

Step 2: Apply for the Apprenticeship

After registration:

• Login to the NATS portal
• Search for “Federal Bank Apprenticeship Advertisement”
• Apply under “Apply Against Advertised Vacancies”

Important Note:

• Joining as an Apprentice does not guarantee permanent employment at Federal Bank.
• After the completion of the apprenticeship period, candidates will be relieved from the engagement.
