Job Description:

Federal bank is hiring Officer in Junior Management Grade I (Scale I)

Educational Qualification:

• Post-Graduation
• Candidates should have a minimum aggregate of 60% or above throughout Class X, Class XII/Diploma, Graduation and Post-Graduation.

Age (As on 01.06.2024):

• Upper Age Limit: 27 years of age (should be born on or after 01.06.1997)
  Relaxation of Upper Age Limit For SC/ST Candidates & Experienced Candidates

Scale of Pay & Other Emoluments

Basic Pay:

• Starting Basic Pay: ₹48,480
• Pay Scale: ₹48,480 - 2000/7 - 62480 - 2340/2 - 67160 - 2680/7 - 85920

Allowances & Perquisites:

• Dearness Allowance
• Lease Rental/House Rent Allowance
• City Conveyance Allowance
• Medical Allowance
• Other Allowances and Perquisites: As per rules in force from time to time

Cost to Company (CTC):

• Minimum CTC per annum: ₹12.21 Lakh
• Maximum CTC per annum: ₹16.31 Lakh (depending upon the place of posting and other factors)

Take Home Pay:

• Approximate Monthly Take Home Pay: ₹80,500 (excluding statutory deductions like Income Tax, Profession Tax, NPS, etc.)

Job Location:

• Posting: Candidates selected for the post of Officer in Junior Management Grade I shall be posted in any of the Branches/Offices of the Bank across India, depending upon the administrative requirements.

Probation Period:

• 2 years for candidates selected as Officer in Junior Management Grade I.

Service Level Agreement:

• Selected candidates will be required to execute a Service Level Agreement upon joining the Bank.
• Serve the Bank for a minimum period of 2 years.
• Penalty for Early Exit: Pay the Bank a sum of ₹50,000/- as the cost of training if the candidate leaves the Bank before the completion of the stipulated minimum service period (subject to Bank's approval and norms followed).
