Job Description:

ESAF Small Finance Bank is Conducting a Recruitment Drive

Designation: Business Development Officer (BDO)

Location: Branches across Trivandrum Region (based on business requirements & candidate preference - subject to availability).

Experience:

• Freshers can apply
• Sales/BFSI/NBFC Microfinance experience (if any) is an advantage

Qualification: Graduation is mandatory (Degree Certificate required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong customer relationships
• Advise customers on financial & investment decisions
• Drive sales of Liability Products like CASA, RD/FD, Gold Loans
• Promote Third-Party Products like Life Insurance, General Insurance
• Lead generation & follow-ups for business growth
• Upsell & cross-sell to existing customers
• Achieve liability and product sales targets
• Ensure 80%+ activation of new CASA accounts
• Promote Mobile & Internet Banking activation
• Encourage ATM cards usage as Debit cards
• Stay updated on banking products, compliance & processes
