Federal Bank is hiring Graduate Apprentices

Federal Bank, Aluva, Ernakulam invites Online application from eligible Graduates passed during 2022 & 2023, hailing from Kerala State for undergoing one year Apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973.

Discipline:

• Graduates in any domain

Vacancies:

• 150

Monthly Stipend:

• Rs. 12,000 per Month (all inclusive)

Training Period:

• 1 year

Locations:

• All Over Kerala

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

• Graduates in any domain with a First-Class Graduation (4- or 3-year duration) awarded by any recognized Indian University in the respective field with not less than 60% marks. (Full-Time Course only)

Eligibility Criteria and Terms:

• The candidates should not have undergone Apprenticeship Training elsewhere, and they should not have completed 3 years after passing Graduation.
   
• Candidate should not have prior job experience for a period of more than 1 year.
   
• The Apprenticeship training shall be for a period of 12 months, and the selection will be based on a Personal interview conducted by the Bank.
   
• The stipend for apprentices is Rs. 12,000 per Month (all inclusive), and candidates shall not be eligible for any other amount during the period.

How to Apply:

Procedure for registration and submission of applications for apprenticeship training at The Federal Bank:

For Students Who Have Already Enrolled in the National Web Portal and having login details:

• After verification of student enrolment by BOAT (SR), a student will be able to login and apply

Step 1:

1. Login
2. Click Establishment Request Menu
3. Click Find Establishment
4. Upload Resume
5. Choose Establishment name
6. Type “THE FEDERAL BANK LTD” and search
7. Click apply
8. Click apply again.

For Students Who Have Not So Far Enrolled in the National Web Portal:

Step 1:

1. Go to https://www.mhrdnats.gov.in
2. Click Enroll
3. Complete the application form
4. A unique Enrolment Number for each student will be generated.

Please note: Please wait for at least one day for enrollment verification and approval. After this student can proceed to Step 2.

Step 2 :

1. Login
2. Click Establishment Request Menu
3. Click Find Establishment
4. Upload Resume
5. Choose Establishment name
6. Type “THE FEDERAL BANK LTD” and search
7. Click apply
8. Click apply again

• Last Date for Enrolling in NATS Portal in order to apply “THE FEDERAL BANK LTD”: 25th February 2024
   
• Last Date for Applying to The Federal Bank Ltd: 29th February 2024
