Job Description:

Federal Bank is hiring Officer in Junior Management Grade1 (Officer Agriculture).

Eligibility:

• Graduates or Post-Graduates in Agriculture from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India or approved by AICTE.

• Candidates should have a minimum aggregate of 60% or above throughout in Class X, Class XII, Graduation and Post-Graduation (if applicable).

• Candidates shall not exceed 27 years as on 01.11.2022 (candidates should be born on or after 01.11.1995) for being eligible to apply for the selection process. Age of SC/ST candidates shall not exceed 32 years as on 01.11.2022 (candidates should be born on or after 01.11.1990)

 

Service level agreement:

The selected candidates will be required to execute a Service Level Agreement upon joining the Bank undertaking to serve the Bank for minimum 2 years or to pay the Bank a sum of `50,000/- as cost of training in case the candidate leaves the Bank before completion of the service period (Subject to Bank’s approval and norms followed).

Location:

shall be posted in any of the Branches / Offices of the Bank depending upon the administrative requirements and will be considered for deployment in Rural or Semi-Urban Branches for the initial service period of 10 years.

Period on probation:

Candidates selected as Officer in Junior Management Grade I will be on probation for a period of 2 years.

Scale of pay:

 Starting Basic Pay applicable to Officers (in Scale I) is ₹36,000 in the scale of pay ₹36,000 - 1490/7 - 46430 – 1740/2 - 49910 – 1990/7 – 63840.

Selection Rounds:

Online Aptitude Assessment, Group Discussion and Personal Interview or any other mode of selection to be decided by the Bank.
