EY is hiring Entry-Level Data Analyst - Python Focus - Staff Level (Freshers)

Experience: Fresh Graduates

Job Location: Kochi

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data analytics solutions primarily using Python, with exposure to Power BI.
• Participate in the ETL process, utilizing Python to manipulate and prepare data for analysis.
• Assist in the creation of dashboards and reports in Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct basic data analysis to uncover insights, trends, and patterns within datasets.
• Work collaboratively with teams to gather data requirements and ensure the delivery of tailored analytics solutions.
• Contribute to the maintenance of data quality and integrity through validation and cleansing techniques.
• Document analytics workflows and findings to facilitate knowledge transfer and adherence to best practices.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in data analytics and visualization technologies.
• Support the education of business users on the utilization of analytics tools and methodologies.
• Engage in business development activities by assisting with proposal creation and other initiatives.
• Take part in special projects and perform other duties as needed to support the team.

Required Skillset:

• Strong foundational knowledge in Python programming for data analysis; experience through academic projects or internships is highly valued.
• Familiarity with Power BI or a willingness to learn and develop skills in creating interactive dashboards and reports.
• Basic understanding of SQL & experience with relational databases.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to process and interpret complex data accurately and efficiently.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering results.
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
• Effective communication skills, capable of explaining intricate data concepts to diverse audiences.
