Job Description:

EY is hiring MENA HR Operations - Offboarding - Senior Associate.

Location: Kochi

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preference will be given for those with HR Specialization

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in HR or related field at a coordinator or administrative level
  • Demonstrated experience working with different stakeholders with competing needs
  • Working in international and diverse environments

Responsibilities:

HR Operations Activities:

  • Prepare contracts through CLT and upload the signed contracts on CM9 (e-filing SharePoint)
  • Managing Missing Time Sheet compliance of employees across MENA on weekly basis based on the Mercury report.
  • Update and send weekly reports to cluster heads, STCs, and other concerned teams. Support follow up process.
  • Support in the Performance improvement plan process by preparing the PIP letters, scheduling, and attending calls and updating the ER tool with the cases
  • Work closely with the onshore HR Ops teams to understand any changes in the labor law for the MENA region in specific to the exit regulations
  • Manage Ad hoc reports / projects
  • Support Global HROSS activities
  • Create process flows for documentation
  • Suggest ideas for streamlining existing and new activities

Offboarding related activities:

  • Manage the exit process or voluntary exits to ensure that exiting employees have a single POC for their queries
  • Coordinate with offboarding to understand the exit cases to schedule guidance calls
  • Collect the required information from the employee post the guidance call and send the details to the offboarding team
  • Ensure that the details requested by the offboarding team are covered during the guidance call
  • Inform the exiting employee details regarding the expected date to receive the EOSB calculation, transfer, and the receipt of the experience letter
  • Ensure that exiting employees complete the exit checklist on time
  • Produce reports, integrate, manipulate, analyse and clearly present data to provide insights to stakeholders

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Communication skills: ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and data administration and analytics skills, with a focus on working with large quantities of data from various sources
  • Time management and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Ability to perform and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure and with time constraints
  • Excellent client service skills, networking, and relationship development skills
  • Excellent Team Management and leadership skills with the ability to be successful in a virtual team environment, working with limited supervision

Shift: Aligned to the shift timings/schedule of the Region.
