 Location : Trivandrum, Kochi 

Experince : 4 - 8 Years , Full Time 

Job Description 

The Performance Management Specialist is responsible for developing and executing programs and projects to evaluate, measure and improve employee performance.

The Specialist shall analyze the impact of employee performance interventions on organizational performance and provides periodical reports to the management.

Responsibilities : 

• Analyze various job roles in the organization and define technical and behavioural competencies required to perform the roles.

• Facilitate to build a new performance management system in collaboration with senior business leaders.

• Work closely with HRBP and line managers to encourage and facilitate performance management process.

• Running workshops for managers and staff, providing advice to define goals and objectives, and ensuring compliance.

• Manage performance review process.

• Conduct training and surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of performance management and relative impact on organizational competencies.
