Job Description:

ESC Utility Services Pvt Ltd Technopark is hiring  Trainee/Junior Associate (Digitalization).

Qualifications & Skills:

- Fresher or 1-2 years of working in BPO/BPM OR in office/technical positions, preferably in IT/ITES companies having remote process supports

- Graduate in any discipline except Post graduates in MTech, MCA, MBA etc.

- Excellent command of spoken and written English

- Proficiency in German language is desirable

- Good Patience in searching and capturing data from various Digital documents

- Must be a good Team player and ability to complete tasks on time and quality

- Hands on computer knowledge (Windows, MS-Office, Outlook, Internet etc.)

- Ability to learn quickly on own initiative in the relevant industry specific processes

- Dynamic and Flexible attitude in working for European clients

- Ability to learn quickly and supporting peers and company for its organic growth

 

Key tasks:

- Remotely support Digitalization activities for Utility companies in Germany/Europe

- Analysing Digital documents and processing various types of Data using Software Tools

Work location: 

   Technopark Phase III campus, Trivandrum
