Job Description:

ESAF Small Finance Bank is hiring Gold Loan Officer

To ensure 100% right valuation-capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction etc. 

Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes/policies-KYC adherence

To provide high quality customer serce, prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal

Supporting branch staff in business development activities & helping to achieve branch targets

Candidates with Gold Loan experience are preferred

Eligibility:

Candidate should have a regular degree (Candidates with distance education may retrain from applying)

Candidate should have a flair for marketing & Soles

He/ She should have a thorough knowledge on gold loan operation with 1-2 year experience in Bank/NBFC
