Job Description:

Encore Recruiterz Hub is hiring Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Cochin

Salary: ₹12,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and regularly update MIS (Management Information System) and recruitment trackers
• Share shortlisted candidate profiles with clients via email and track feedback/follow-up
• Coordinate with selected candidates till joining
• Liaise with internal recruiters for status updates
• Provide timely status reports to management
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the recruitment cycle

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and email communication
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
