Job Description:

Embright Infotech Technopark is hiring Technical Support Trainee.

Location: Trivandrum

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles.

* Familiarity with virtual reality technologies and their applications.

* Knowledge of networking concepts, troubleshooting, and connectivity issues.

* Understanding of 3D graphics, game engines, or multimedia software.

Preferred Skills:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (candidates currently pursuing a degree will also be considered).

* Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts.

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

* Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

* Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

* Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and remote support tools.

* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
