Key Responsibilities:

• Source, attract, and engage talented tech professionals from around the globe.

• Assist in managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates.

• Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their hiring needs.

• Maintain a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong interest in technical recruitment, particularly in hiring freelancers or contractors.

• 0-1 year of experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment.

• Enthusiastic team player eager to collaborate with hiring managers.

• Basic analytical skills to streamline workflows between candidates and hiring teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
