Job Description:

Elite Foods is hiring Management Trainee

* Salary : 2.5 lacs gross (annual)

* Mediclaim and Personal Accident Coverage

* PF / Bonus as per all statutory.

* Once they are promoted as TSE they become eligible for Attractive sales Incentives which is one of the best in  the industry.

* Only Male candidates preferred.

Career Plan:
- For Initial  2 months ,They will provide induction in all major sales related departments –Eg- logistics / marketing / QA / despatch / depot operations /sales hr /finance & accounts/Bizom + all the units.

- For 3 to 6 months they will deputed in different sales divisions within Kerala.

- From 6th month onwards they will be deputed to specific sales division on an executive level ( TSE)

- Based upon their performance, they will be promoted into Sr TSE in the 2nd year.

- Top performers will be eligible to become  TSM ( Territory Sales Manager) in the 3rd year.
