Job Description:

ELGi Equipments is hiring HR Business Partner

• Work Location: Coimbatore (Fully Work from Office)
   
• Role: HR Business Partner (for Sales & After market teams in India)
   
• Experience: 2 to 10 years (subject to relevance of past experience)
   
• CTC Range: Around 20 lacs (negotiable)

Broad Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless experience.
   
• Support managers with performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, feedback, and development planning.
   
• Initiate programs to enhance employee engagement, improve organizational culture, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
   
• Should be proficient in MS excel
