Job Description:

Dhanlaxmi Bank is hiring Branch Head/Assistant Branch Manager/Additional Officer

Age: Not above 35 years as on 30.06.2026

Qualification: Any Degree/Master's Degree or equivalent qualification from recognized University with 60% marks or CGPA of 6.0 & above.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Operations and Business Development
• Ensure stringent adherence to regulatory compliance, risk management and internal control
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in a Bank (including Small Finance Bank), NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and State/District Cooperative Banks.

Grade, Remuneration & Perquisites: Depending on the experience, expertise and exposure of the candidate.

Place of Posting: Branches in Tamil Nadu/Andhra Pradesh/Karnataka/Telangana/Maharashtra/Gujarat and NCR
