Role & Responsibilities:

• Participate in on-the-job and off-the-job training
• Gain practical HR experience under qualified professionals
• Support HR operations and initiatives
• Learn and develop skills required for a specific HR function

AI Skills:

• Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and optimise workflows
• Ability to apply critical judgment for responsible and ethical use of AI and data

Programme Details:

• Programme: National Apprenticeship Training Scheme
• Duration: 12 months
• Provides structured training and practical workplace experience
• Permanent employment is not guaranteed after completion of the apprenticeship
