Job Description:

As a Business Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in our company's expansion and success by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales. Your primary responsibilities will include:


Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential clients in the Kuwait region and beyond, who could benefit from our website development and web-based application services.


Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential competitors. Use this information to develop effective sales strategies.


Sales Strategies: Create and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve business targets and ensure sustainable revenue growth.


Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.


Negotiation and Deal Closure: Collaborate with clients, prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.


Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

To be considered for the position of Business Development Officer, candidates must possess the following qualifications:


MBA / MCA / BTech : A master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Technology will be required.


Communication Skills : Verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective client interactions and presentations.


Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to secure favorable deals for the company and clients.


Market Knowledge: A considerable  understanding of the IT industry, particularly website development, and web-based applications, will be advantageous.


Result-Oriented: A self-motivated, result-oriented individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
