CorroHealth is hiring Junior Hr Executive

Qualification: Any PG (MBA/MSW)

Location: Kochi

Experience: 1 to 2 Year

Gender: Male candidate only

* Shift Day

Candidate must have 1 year of experience in bulk or volume hiring

Candidate must have handled end to end recruitment process

Candidate should be strong in screening process

Should know to implement recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

* Assessing the hiring needs of the organization and developing job descriptions and specifications accordingly.

* Designing and implementing recruitment strategies such as events and social media campaigns.

* Sourcing talented candidates through a variety of means including events, advertising, and databases.

* Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.

* Screening resumes and scheduling interviews. * Managing and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates.

* Hosting and attending college career days and conferences.
