Designation: Customer Care Executive work from home
Salary Range: 1.52 LPA - 2.04 LPA

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelors (Any Stream)
Passout candidates from 2022, 2021, and 2020 batches can apply

Prerequisites:

• Must have excellent (verbal) English communication skills (Versant 4 and above) and strong Hindi communication skills with no MTI
• Should be flexible with rotational shift (Fixed 9 hours shift every day)
• Owning personal computer (i3/i5 processor, 8th generation with minimum 8 GB memory, Windows 10 OS with updated Anti-virus along with DLP) with UPS. Broadband High-Speed internet (20mbps+)

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate/UG
Experience: 0-2 years customer service experience.

Job Description: Handle the queries and concerns of the customers over outbound calls and update details on the computer.
